The requirements of the CPA Continuing Professional Development (CPD) are regulated in the CPA Act. The FSC is responsible for setting Regulations governing CPA Continuing Professional Education （CPE） in R.O.C and the NFCPAAROC is responsible for the implementation of the CPD.
