As investors and stakeholders prioritise climate change and environmental, social and governance (ESG) impacts, accountancy professionals are emerging as key leaders to anchor organisational sustainability. In the economic sphere, accountancy professionals must unleash their valued financial and non-financial insights to boost resilience against prolonged global uncertainty and tremendous headwinds. In all that they do, accountancy professionals shall uphold the profession’s code of ethics to champion accountability, integrity and trust for good governance and positive reforms in the public interest.
